1. MY LOGIN

1.1. I forgot my password, can I retrieve it?

Go to Login Your Account page and select “Forgot your password?”. Then you will receive a password reset link to your email.

1.2. How do I change my account details?

Please login and go to My Account section where you can edit your account details.

 
2. HOW TO ORDER

2.1. How do I check stock availability for items I want to order?

Most of the items are in stock. You will be informed if your order is out of stock.

2.2. The item I want to order is out of stock, can i order it?

Yes. Please place your order, and we will get back to you on the estimated delivery time for your order.

2.3. How do I place an order on your website?

Please select the product(s) of your interest, click Add To Cart and then Proceed To Checkout.

2.4. How do I take advantage of Henry Schein Singapore promotional offer in my order?

For every Henry Schein promotional offer, you will be provided with the Promo Code which you will need to input before checking out.

2.5. How can I copy a previous order I've submitted to Henry Schein Singapore?

Please go to My Orders section under My Account. Select one of your previous orders and click REORDER.

2.6. I'm having problems placing my order, what should I do?

Please contact our sales team at [email protected] and we will help you to fix the problem.

2.7. How do I track my orders online?

Your order status (Delivery Status and Payment Status) will be always updated under My Orders section.

2.8. Does Henry Schein display pricing online?

Yes, for most of our products the price per item will be displayed on the webpage. For items without the price information, please click on Request Quote and we will get back to you with our official quotation.

2.9. Why does my access timeout?

You session will timeout after 5 minutes. If you would like to continue shopping, please login again.


3. HOW TO PAY

3.1. What payment methods do Henry Schein Singapore offer?

We accept credit card, cheque and telegraphic transfer (TT) payments.

3.2. Which major credit cards do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Cross Border Surcharge, JCB.

 

4. DELIVERY

4.1. How do I know if Henry Schein Singapore has received my order?

When your order is submitted from our webpage and you can see it listed under My Orders, it means that your order has been successfully submitted and is being processed. You can monitor your order status based on the Delivery Status.

4.2. What delivery charges will I incur for my order?

We offer Free shipping on orders over 250.00 SGD, otherwise you will be charged 40.00 SGD for delivery.

4.3. What carriers do you use for delivery?

Some of the orders will be delivered by Henry Schein Singapore staff, otherwise we will engage 3 rd party carrier like OTT Logistics, LaLaMove, etc.

4.4. How long will my order take to be delivered?

All orders in stock will be delivered within 2-4 business days, otherwise you will be informed about the estimated delivery time.

4.5. I haven't received my order within the expected time. What should I do now?
